As a Senior Retail Specialist at Polestar, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will be responsible for engaging with customers, showcasing our cutting-edge electric vehicles, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the Polestar Space. This role requires a passion for automotive innovation, customer engagement, and leadership in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide an outstanding and engaging customer experience, ensuring that every visitor to the Polestar Space receives personalized and professional service.
  2. Act as a brand ambassador, showcasing Polestar's values and commitment to sustainability and innovation.
  3. Lead sales conversations, provide product demonstrations, and guide customers through the purchasing process.
  4. Support the Retail Manager in driving sales performance and achieving business objectives.
  5. Train and mentor junior team members to enhance their knowledge and customer interaction skills.
  6. Assist in organizing and executing events, test drives, and community engagement initiatives.
  7. Maintain an in-depth understanding of Polestar's products, technology, and industry trends to educate customers effectively.
  8. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
  9. Assist in managing inventory, showroom appearance, and operational efficiency.
  10. Gather customer feedback and insights to contribute to the continuous improvement of the retail experience.

Qualifications & Experience:

  1. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail, automotive, or luxury sales.
  2. Strong passion for electric vehicles, sustainability, and innovation.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and inspire customers.
  4. Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.
  5. Leadership experience, with the ability to coach and mentor junior staff.
  6. Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
  7. Proficiency in CRM systems, digital tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  8. Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as required.
