This role requires a passion for automotive innovation, customer engagement, and leadership in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide an outstanding and engaging customer experience, ensuring that every visitor to the Polestar Space receives personalized and professional service.
- Act as a brand ambassador, showcasing Polestar's values and commitment to sustainability and innovation.
- Lead sales conversations, provide product demonstrations, and guide customers through the purchasing process.
- Support the Retail Manager in driving sales performance and achieving business objectives.
- Train and mentor junior team members to enhance their knowledge and customer interaction skills.
- Assist in organizing and executing events, test drives, and community engagement initiatives.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of Polestar's products, technology, and industry trends to educate customers effectively.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Assist in managing inventory, showroom appearance, and operational efficiency.
- Gather customer feedback and insights to contribute to the continuous improvement of the retail experience.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail, automotive, or luxury sales.
- Strong passion for electric vehicles, sustainability, and innovation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and inspire customers.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.
- Leadership experience, with the ability to coach and mentor junior staff.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, digital tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as required.
