As a Senior Staff Nurse, you will:

1. Lead by example and be an ambassador for the Nuffield Health way of caring
2. Recognise talent and nurture junior colleagues, mentoring them to be the best they can be
3. Use your excellent clinical skills and empathetic approach to meet each patient's needs
4. Enjoy autonomy to make decisions that ensure excellent patient care
5. Provide day-to-day supervision, including clinical supervision of junior nursing staff and students
6. Contribute to scheduling and rotas, recruitment, induction, performance reviews and training

Minimum Requirements:

As a Senior Staff Nurse at our Nuffield Health Highgate Hospital, you will hold the relevant qualifications and experience, including NMC registration. You should have post-registration experience, knowledge of mentoring, and familiarity with multi-specialty surgical procedures. Ideally, you should also hold qualifications in teaching, assessment, and management.
