Amazon Global Selling is highly influential by coordinating across Amazon customers, category teams and third party Sellers. We are a business development organization; we drive growth for Amazon Sellers through business intelligence, cross-selling efforts and integrated Account Management.
Amazon Global Selling is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual with Account Management experience for our fast growing Taiwan based third party Seller development in Amazon NA region.
This role will be responsible for providing consultative service to paying Selling Partners' existing businesses on multiple Amazon sites with Amazon US being the primary focus. The Account Manager will own overall account management tasks including driving Amazon feature adoption, motivating selection expansion, identifying growth opportunities including new product design and GTM, promotion including ads and merchandising, monitoring business performance, and working with Sellers to deliver the best e-commerce experience for customers on Amazon.
This personnel will be chartered to develop Seller account management strategies aiming to assist Sellers in business growth acceleration by adopting Amazon best practices including but not limited to logistic & advertising programs.

Key job responsibilitiesCore Responsibilities:
- Understand Amazon Global Selling business model to provide consultative service to Taiwan Sellers to accelerate their continued business growth and leverage internal & external resources to help resolve Sellers' pain points. Develop a thorough understanding of the cross-border e-commerce landscape in the US.
- Own and drive projects while maintaining the primary book of business.
- Deliver data-driven business reviews regarding Seller development and state of health for the respective territories with Seller insight & action plans.
- 4+ years of client or vendor facing roles with a focus in relationship management and negotiation skills experience.
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers.
- Bachelor's degree.
