Job Description

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager at PELICO, you will play a strategic role in driving growth, leadership, and strategic talent acquisition to effectively scale the organization.

This position will focus on leading the hiring process for C-level, VP, senior leaders, and other mission-critical roles, while ensuring an excellent candidate experience and strong alignment with business objectives.

The ideal candidate brings a blend of technical expertise, leadership abilities, and a strong people-centric approach to attract and secure top talent.

You will participate directly in the company's success!

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop & Execute Executive Talent Acquisition Strategies
    Partner with leadership teams to anticipate future executive talent needs and proactively build pipelines.
    Leverage executive search best practices to attract high-impact leaders who drive business success.
  2. Lead Full-Cycle Recruitment for Critical & Leadership Roles
    Own the end-to-end hiring process for C-level, VPs, senior leaders, key functional heads, and specialized experts.
    Create structured interview frameworks to assess leadership capabilities, decision-making, and cultural alignment.
    Facilitate high-touch candidate experiences, ensuring engagement and alignment throughout the hiring journey.
  3. Enhance Employer Branding for Executive-Level Hiring
    Position Pelico as a top employer for executives and critical hires through targeted employer branding efforts.
  4. Ensure Compliance, Diversity, & Executive Hiring Standards
    Drive diversity hiring initiatives for C-level and leadership roles to foster inclusive leadership teams.
    Ensure compliance with global hiring regulations, especially for senior positions across different regions.
Preferred Experience

What We're Looking For

  • Up to 8 years of experience as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist or Manager
  • Problem-solving and analytical mindset
  • Proven track record in recruiting for C-level, VP, and mission-critical roles.
  • A background in fast-growing startups, tech companies, or multinational environments
  • Strong background in scaling teams quickly while maintaining high-quality hiring standards.
  • Strong ownership on transversal topics, willing to drive your initiatives through
  • Ability to work autonomously, take ownership of hiring processes, and drive initiatives independently.
  • Great communication skills, good contact with various stakeholders
  • Bilingual French and English mandatory (verbal & written)
