Technical Designer (Workplace Fit-Out) - 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract

Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 (pro rata)
Location: West London (Office-Based)

We're looking for a Technical Designer with strong Revit and D&B experience to join a leading workplace fit-out specialist on a 12-month contract. This role offers the chance to work on high-profile projects, delivering technical precision from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed Revit drawing packs for commercial workplace projects.
• Collaborate with subcontractors and design teams to ensure technical compliance.
• Support project delivery, ensuring designs meet building regulations and client expectations.
• Attend site meetings and provide on-site technical guidance as needed.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• 6+ years in workplace fit-out, with Design & Build background.
• Advanced Revit user (must be actively working on a Revit project).
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong knowledge of technical detailing and construction standards.
