About the Role
A leading provider of telecom and IoT connectivity solutions is seeking a Senior ESIM Product Manager to own the end-to-end management of connectivity products, including M2M & Consumer eSIM (eUICC), carrier integration, and special projects. This role requires expertise in product lifecycle management, backlog prioritization, and roadmap development. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to drive innovation and stakeholder satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the product lifecycle for eSIM, RSP, and carrier integrations, managing requirements gathering, backlog prioritization, and roadmap execution.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across technology, operations, sales, marketing, and customer support to align product development with business needs.
- Support the go-to-market strategy, including pricing recommendations and market positioning.
- Act as a product evangelist, providing training and updates to internal stakeholders and customers on product features, enhancements, and roadmaps.
- Manage product documentation, including technical specifications, sales materials, and customer-facing resources.
- Lead efforts to resolve technical challenges, ensuring timely, responsive, and high-quality support to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Research and analyze telecom and IoT market trends, ensuring that connectivity solutions remain competitive and aligned with industry standards.
- Participate in RFI/RFP responses, proof of concepts, trials, and special projects, supporting the sales and business development teams.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of product management experience in wireless networks, telecom, or IoT.
- Strong understanding of GSMA eUICC specifications, Wireless IoT standards, and 3GPP protocols.
- Hands-on experience with RSP product management and development (Thales, Idemia, G+D, Kigen, etc.).
- Experience with IoT device OEMs, firmware development, or SIM applet testing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with technical writing, including customer documentation, sales materials, and reports.
- Effective time management and ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
