Job Description

We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Compliance Lead to join our UK team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our operations meet all relevant regulatory requirements, while also providing strategic advice to stakeholders on compliance risks and opportunities. What you will be doing
  • Monitor and implement changes in UK and Gibraltar gambling regulations and directives.
  • Develop and update compliance policies and procedures to align with UK and Gibraltar requirements.
  • Enforce compliance measures to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Oversee regulatory report submissions, license renewals, and routine licensing applications.
  • Draft and submit necessary regulatory notifications.
  • Support governance and strategy alignment with UK Gambling Commission expectations and internal compliance structures.
  • Conduct risk assessments, update risk registers, and identify key risk indicators.
  • Advise on investigations into potential compliance or risk incidents.
Who we are looking for
  • Experience in compliance, legal, or risk management roles.
  • Knowledge of LCCP, AML, MLR, and CTF regulations, including best practices.
  • Familiarity with GBGC engagement, including compliance assessments and Gibraltar licensing.
  • Communication, leadership, and analytical skills for compliance management.
