For one of our customers in Anderlecht, Fujitsu is looking for a Senior UX Designer

Our centralUX team is at the heart of this transformation, crafting intuitive and impactful digital applications. As a UX Designer, you'll collaborate with your team to elevate our user experience to new heights.


What You'll Do:

• Prepare and Facilitate Ideation Workshops: Spark creativity and innovation by preparing and facilitating engaging workshops.

• Analysis: Combine strong analytical skills with user needs, business values, and assessed against technical possibilities.

• Design & Prototype: Bring ideas to life with low and high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes.

• User Testing: Plan, conduct, and analyze user tests to ensure our designs hit the mark.

• Governance: Implement and uphold UX design governance rules to maintain high standards.

• Collaborate & Report: Work closely with your UX colleagues, team lead, analysts, and

developers to keep projects on track.


What We're Looking For:

• Experience: At least 8 years in a similar role, with a strong background in UX design and

analysis.

• Agile Mindset: Comfortable working in an Agile environment.

• Stakeholder Management: Skilled at aligning diverse stakeholders in large organizations.

• Design Skills: Proficient in designing complex applications (web and mobile), with strong

knowledge of Figma and Material Design.

• Toolkits: Experience working with a Design system/Design toolkit for Android (and iOS)

• Workshop Facilitation: Experience in organizing and leading workshops.


Language Skills: Proficiency in Dutch and/or French, and English.

• It's a plus when:

o you have a previous UX experience with internal (SNCB) applications

o you have good insights into what is technically possible (dev experience)
