Senior UX/UI Designer Leeds, Liverpool

What You'll Do

• Lead the UX/UI design process for eCommerce, mentor colleagues, improve processes, manage stakeholders, and apply cross-platform and native mobile design expertise.
  
• Develop user-centered designs that drive engagement, retention, and conversion.
  
• Collaborate closely with developers, strategists, and marketers to deliver seamless shopping experiences.
  
• Translate client visions into compelling, high-fidelity Figma prototypes.
  
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects) to create eye-catching visual assets.
  
• Conduct UX research and usability testing to refine and optimize designs, including competitor research, user personas, and user flows.
  
• Stay ahead of eCommerce trends to ensure our work remains industry-leading.
  
• Work efficiently within tight deadlines while maintaining an eye for detail and innovation.
  
• Confidently communicate and present design ideas directly to clients, incorporating feedback effectively.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of UX/UI design experience, preferably in eCommerce or Shopify-related projects.
  
• Proficient in Figma & Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, After Effects).
  
• A strong portfolio showcasing innovative eCommerce and web design projects.
  
• Deep understanding of UX principles, conversion optimization, and user psychology.
  
• Ability to balance creativity with data-driven decision-making.
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to iterate quickly based on feedback.
  
• An unwavering work ethic, resilience under pressure, and a drive to deliver the best.
  
• Passion for staying ahead of design trends and pushing creative boundaries.
  

Enjoy the flexibility of hybrid working, with the expectation of three days per week in our collaborative office space based in either Liverpool or Leeds.
