A leading global consultancy is expanding its operations and is seeking experienced professionals to join its UK team. The consultancy is looking for a Senior Consultant in the wind energy sector, with a focus on supporting their growing portfolio of renewable projects across the UK and Northern Europe and contribute to the strategic expansion of the wind energy business.
Key responsibilities include:Managing technical due diligence and technology assessments for renewable energy projects
Reviewing project contracts, interconnection agreements, and financial models
Conducting site inspections and overseeing quality assurance
Training and mentoring junior staff
Leading business development activities and expanding the client base across the UK and Northern Europe
Collaborating with global teams to deliver high-quality results
An engineering degree (BSc/MSc) or equivalent
Extensive experience in wind energy consulting and project management
A solid understanding of technical due diligence processes
Experience with both new and operational renewable energy projects
Strong communication, client management, and project leadership skills
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
