Senior/Principal Civil Design Engineer
Location: London or Billericay
Are you a Senior or Principal Civil Design Engineer seeking a new challenge? We're looking for an experienced engineer to join our team in either London or Billericay and take the lead on exciting, large-scale infrastructure projects.
The Opportunity
As a Senior or Principal Engineer, you'll oversee the design and delivery of major civil engineering projects across residential, commercial, industrial, and retail sectors. You'll lead a talented team while ensuring the successful execution of projects from start to finish. This role provides the chance to work with key clients and influence projects that will make a real impact.

The Role:
- Lead the design of highways, drainage, utilities, and earthworks for a range of developments.
- Take ownership of technical design and project delivery, from feasibility through to detailed design.
- Oversee the preparation of Flood Risk Assessments, SuDS strategies, and drainage designs.
- Manage and mentor junior engineers and technicians, fostering their technical and professional growth.
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities to ensure project success and compliance (S278, S38, S104, S106).
- Review and approve technical drawings, reports, and calculations.
