Job Description

We are looking for an International HR Coordinator with an entrepreneurial approach and a strong customer focus and positive mindset. It's a great opportunity for someone looking for a set of challenges with international exposure (more than 10 sites in Europe, US and Asia). Ideal candidates have the ability to work in a fast moving environment ideally in the high tech industry.

The position is based out of our office in Colombes, France.


KEY RESPONSABILITIES:

  • Recruiting: candidate sourcing, conduct effective prescreens and interviews, give valuable input into selecting the best candidate for hire
  • Onboarding: Serve as the liaison for integrating new hires into the organization and their new position
  • Communication: Support to the HR projects launch such as team building, performance management
  • Administer HR policies and procedures
  • Maintain compliance with local employment and benefits laws and regulations with support of local council, help on dealing with Work Council in France


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Master's Degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources
  • Ability to handle and maintain confidentiality with good communication skills (French and English)
  • Self starter, flexible and good adaptation
