The role

What will you be doing?

Service Delivery Manager
Hybrid - Basingstoke 2 days a week minimum, with occasional travel to Dorking

We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to act as a key liaison between IT functions, ensuring the successful delivery of service across our organisation. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining exceptional service support, ensuring that both internal IT functions and external third-party suppliers meet business needs and operate in line with published service expectations. You will play a vital role in enabling a seamless service experience for customers by overseeing service support and delivery processes.

We need someone who thrives on problem-solving and is committed to seeing issues through to resolution. Strong stakeholder management skills are essential, as is experience in managing service levels and supplier relationships. You should come equipped with a toolkit of service reporting disciplines, including service management reporting and post-incident reviews, to drive continuous improvement.

Please note internally this role is titled Senior IT Service Manager.
