Service Delivery Manager

For one of our global clients, we are searching for a Freelance Service Delivery Manager with a strong background in system engineering to work on a hybrid basis. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing IT service delivery while ensuring system reliability, security, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee IT service delivery processes to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Manage and optimize IT infrastructure, ensuring system reliability and security.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design, implement, and maintain system architectures.
• Lead incident, problem, and change management processes, ensuring minimal service disruption.
• Work with cloud technologies and virtualization solutions to support business needs.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for system engineering and IT service management.
• Act as the main point of contact between stakeholders and IT teams for service-related matters.

Your Profile:

• Extensive experience in IT service delivery and system engineering.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with system administration, networking, and Microsoft Azure.
• Proficiency in automation tools and scripting languages.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
