JOB TITLE: Service Desk Administrator
COMPANY: Electrical services
CONTRACT: Temporary with the view to go perm
HOURS: Monday - Friday 8:30am-4:30pm
START: ASAP - must be immediately available to start
SALARY: £12.50ph
LOCATION: Ferndown
CULTURE: Close-knit family run business
The role:
- Providing support to clients, answering calls and emails in a professional and timely manner
- Determining the nature and priority of faults based on information provided by the client
- Ensuring accurate processing of call out purchase orders
- Driving the engineering team to attend to all callouts within required SLA's
- Monitoring calls received from the customer through to call completion and updating records
- Allocation of internal engineers to call outs
- Updating clients following call outs and ensuring quotations team receive full information for quotation purposes
- Invoicing of call outs on Xero and client platforms - full training to be provided in house
What You'll Bring:
- Experience in a similar service desk or administrator role
- Ability to effectively prioritise workload
- Confident telephone manner
- An enthusiastic team player who enjoys helping others and contributing to a positive work environment
- A skilled communicator, both written and verbal, who can clearly articulate information
- Able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy
