Job Description:

We are seeking highly qualified and experienced service managers to join our team on a permanent employment or freelance basis. As a consultant at Xedis, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop effective solutions to their challenges. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of assignments and contribute to the success of our clients through your participation and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as HR, IT, Management, or Economics, or equivalent practical experience
• At least 5 years of experience in defining, implementing, and improving IT Service Management
• ITIL Foundation certification, with additional ITIL certifications an asset
• Proficiency in Dutch and French, with a working knowledge of English
• Knowledge of SIAM is a plus
