Job Description:

As a ServiceNow DevOps Analyst, you will:

• Gather and document detailed business and functional requirements with a focus on Hardware Asset Management (HAM).
• Analyze large data sets and recommend process improvements.
• Map current workflows and design enhancements using Flow Designer.
• Support HAM processes such as asset tracking, lifecycle management, and reporting.
• Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams.
• Assist in solution testing and validation.
• Document business processes, specifications, and user stories.
• Present solutions to stakeholders using ServiceNow and PowerPoint.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Essential Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 1+ year working on ServiceNow implementations.
• Strong experience in Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and asset lifecycle processes.
• Proven ability to analyze large datasets and define complex business processes.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of bridging business needs with technical requiments.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of French is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA.
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in fast-paced, multicultural environments.

Desirable Skills:

• Understanding of Integration Hub, REST APIs, and defining integration requirements.
• Experience with Flow Designer for workflow automation.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.
• Hardware Asset Management CIS certification.
• Integration Hub or Flow Designer certification.
