ServiceMax Tech Lead - Apex - Visual Force - SOQL - Lightning(Aura) - Field service business - REMOTE in EU or UK
Empiric are currently working alongside a global retail leader to find a ServiceMax Team Lead with an excellent understanding of Field service business Workforce Management, Asset Service Management, Warranty & Service Contract Management.
Also strong SFDC Development Experience on both Classic (Apex, Visual Force, SOQL, SOSL) and Lightning (Aura) is essential .A minimum of2 years' experience on SERVICEMAX Configuration, architecture and development.
The Tech Lead should have Salesforce Platform Architecture expertise

ServiceMax Tech Lead knowledge/experience:
- At least one ServiceMax project
- Field service business - Workforce Management, Asset Service Management, Warranty & Service Contract Management
- Salesforce Platform Architecture expertise
- SERVICEMAX Configuration & Customization
- SFDC Development Experience on both Classic(Apex, Visual Force, SOQL, SOSL) and Lightning(Aura) required.
- Integration skills
- 8+ years IT/FSM/SFDC
- 3 years of Salesforce Technical Architect
- 2 years' experience on SERVICEMAX Configuration, architecture and development
- Multiple Field Service Management products will be an added advantage
- LWC development is a bonus

- Long Term: 12 - 18 Months plus extensions
