Senior ServiceNow Architect | Hands-On | £88k + Bonus | Predominantly Remote

Are you an experienced ServiceNow professional ready to move into a senior, hands-on Architect role? We're looking for a skilled ServiceNow expert - from any technical background (development, engineering, administration, consultancy) - who can design and deliver complex solutions while remaining close to the technology.

We need someone with proven ServiceNow delivery experience, comfortable leading architectural decisions and still willing to get hands-on when needed. You'll work on high-profile projects, defining strategies, shaping solutions, and setting technical standards from the front.

What you'll be doing:

• Designing ServiceNow architectures that align to client business objectives and future growth.
• Working across a range of ServiceNow modules - including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, and more.
• Advising clients on platform best practice, automation opportunities, integrations, and scaling strategies.
• Leading technical delivery - working closely with consultants, developers, and stakeholders.
• Providing mentorship to project teams, helping uplift technical capability across the board.
• Remaining hands-on when required - Scripting, designing workflows, security configuration, and complex integrations.

What we're looking for:

• Solid, hands-on ServiceNow technical experience across modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, ITAM, or CSM.
• Experience designing or heavily influencing ServiceNow solution architecture in previous roles.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator as a minimum; Implementation Specialist certifications are highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of integration methods (REST, SOAP, APIs) and multi-cloud environments.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methods and ITIL frameworks.
• A real passion for the ServiceNow platform and a desire to stay close to the tech while shaping the big picture.
