Job Description

Freelance ServiceNow Developer - Brussels (Hybrid, 2-3 days/week on-site)


Contract: Freelance

Duration: 9 months with the possibility of extension (long-term projects)

Location: Brussels (Hybrid, 2-3 days per week on-site)



Your Role



As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be a key player in the ongoing migration of the CMDB to ServiceNow. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring smooth implementation, integration, and optimization of processes.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Implement and configure ServiceNow processes to align with business needs.
  • Design and develop integration interfaces to connect various data sources with ServiceNow.
  • Set up API integrations between ServiceNow and local IT resources.
  • Analyze and create automated exports from ServiceNow to support internal customer needs.
  • Configure and optimize inbound/outbound email interfaces in ServiceNow.
  • Develop and implement workflow automation within ServiceNow.
  • Lead the migration of existing tools and systems into ServiceNow.
  • Collaborate within an agile squad to maintain an accurate and up-to-date CMDB.





What You Bring



Must-Have Requirements:

  • ServiceNow Certification in development.
  • Strong experience in designing, developing, and integrating ServiceNow solutions.
  • Fluent in English, with a decent understanding of French or Dutch.
  • A Master's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team-oriented agile environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
