Job Responsibilities

  • Assist the buyers and product director, in developing products.
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate terms and conditions.
  • Manage purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely receipt of goods.
  • Monitor product performance and report on sales.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to the buying process.
  • Work with both inbound and outbound teams on any product-related issues.
  • Maintain all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sample room.
  • Track incoming and outgoing samples ensuring timely delivery.
  • Gather line sheets and samples for studio photoshoots.
  • Responsible for reviewing photoshoot pictures and providing comments to the studio, when necessary.
  • Coordinate between editing team and copywriting team for any uploading issues.
  • Stay up-to-date on current fashion trends, and use this knowledge to inform buying decisions.


Job Requirements

  • 1 - 2+ years of professional fashion corporate or retail experience.
  • High level of proficiency in Excel.
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail a must.
  • Ability to problem solve and identify solutions.
  • Sense of urgency to meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and writing skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with peers and supervisors to accomplish tasks.
