We are working with a market leading manufacturing company based in Peterborough who are looking for additional engineers to join their growing site in Peterborough. As a business, they are looking to employ candidates who aspire to develop and progress themselves, whether that's skillset development or leadership progression - this will be supported internally.

The main roles and responsibilities:

• Working on PPMs and breakdowns on manufacturing machinery on site.
• Working in a team of engineers reporting into the Engineering Manager or shift lead.
• Working with PLCs on site.
• Reducing downtime and increasing efficiencies.

To be considered for this position you will need the following experience:

• 5+ years in engineering in a manufacturing environment - ideally food.
• A level 3 or higher in an engineering discipline.
• A good attitude towards working in a team.
