Shift Maintenance Engineer

Location - London, EC1A 2FG

Hours - Continental Shift Pattern

We are currently seeking a professional site-based Multi-Skilled Engineer with Electrical Bias. Based at a commercial, high-end, flagship client site, the role is focused on the delivery of planned preventative maintenance along with additional works, reactive fault finding, repairs, installations, and support event setups. You will support and participate in an on-call rota which is operated from within the site-based team. Occasional overtime may be requested.

As a qualified multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer, the role will be oriented around electrical works with a requirement for flexibility and willingness to undertake other non-electrical works which fall within the scope of the contract. This could involve a variety of jobs relating to maintaining, repairing, and installing assets around the site, whether it be a specific piece of equipment, works to a building, or the site infrastructure.

The static Maintenance Engineer will work within a team and contribute at both an individual and team level to provide exceptional services and levels of compliance to our client and customers. The ability to develop good working relationships with our client, customers, and colleagues, with interaction on a professional level, is a key requirement for this position.

Skills & Experience:

• 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulation plus any other formal electrical qualifications
• Mechanical awareness, FCU & other secondary systems, and maintenance tasks
• Water Testing (L8), Fire Alarm testing, and general fabric, handyperson tasks

We'll provide you with full training on 'specialist' items once you start and make sure that you have everything you need to do a great job. You will already have experience of working in a similar front-of-house environment.
