Job Description
Urgent Opportunity: Siemens Opcenter Pharma MES Expert - Onsite in Belgium
We are currently seeking a highly skilled professional with expertise in Siemens Opcenter Pharma to support a Greenfield MES project in Belgium. This is an urgent requirement to accelerate the commissioning process, with some programming tasks involved.
Role Details:
- Location: Onsite in Belgium.
- Project: Greenfield MES implementation for a leading pharmaceutical client.
- Start Date: Immediate.
- Team: Collaborating with a dedicated team of 45 engineers already working on the project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the commissioning of the Siemens Opcenter Pharma system, ensuring smooth system integration and functionality.
- Perform essential programming and customization within Siemens Opcenter Pharma, including scripting, workflow adjustments, and system optimization.
- Assist with the integration of Siemens Opcenter Pharma into existing infrastructure and processes, ensuring alignment with broader project goals.
- Work closely with the project team to meet tight deadlines and ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Participate in testing phases, ensuring all configurations and integrations are validated in line with pharmaceutical industry standards.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience with Siemens Opcenter Pharma (MES), particularly in pharmaceutical manufacturing environments.
- Strong experience in commissioning, integration, and programming within the Siemens Opcenter Pharma platform.
- Expertise in greenfield projects, with a track record of implementing and commissioning new systems from the ground up.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and adherence to regulatory standards (GxP, FDA, etc.).
- Availability for onsite work in Belgium, with flexibility to start immediately.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in system integration, including connecting Siemens Opcenter Pharma with other systems (ERP, SCADA, etc.).
- Familiarity with data migration, troubleshooting, and process optimization within MES environments.
- Knowledge of Siemens Opcenter Pharma's features, including production control, quality management, and reporting capabilities.
