Job Description

Your new company

Hays is working with a construction company who is in the process of opening a new office in Norwich. They are seeking a Site Administration Manager on a 5-month contract with possible contract extensions. The successful candidate will initially be based in Cambridge before moving to their new Norwich office.

Your new role

  • Provide administrative support to project teams on site
  • Manage all administrative services
  • Responsible for site accounting functions including invoice passing
  • Collate information for payroll and weekly labour costing system
  • Approve suppliers' invoices for payment and raise invoice queries directly with suppliers.
  • Transport Lead for all commercial vehicles on the project.
  • Manage admin team

What you'll need to succeed

  • Extensive administration experience
  • Management experience
  • Experience working within the construction industry
  • Health and Safety experience/knowledge
