Job title: Site Budget Specialist
Location: remote, we can consider candidates in the UK, Spain, Poland, Bulgaria and Romania

As a Site Budget Specialist you will be joining the world s largest & most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence.
Working fully embedded within an ever expanding program that specializes in the Oncology space, you will be responsible for providing specialized support and assistance to the Development Operations, Legal, Finance Departments as well as other Departments, as required, which are involved in the planning, execution and management of global clinical trials.
What you will be doing:
• Minimize regulatory, legal, and financial risks for our client through negotiating and managing site payment terms and site budgets
• Develop Site study level budgets as well as study level negotiation parameters, payment terms (Schedule As) and country specific site budget templates.
• Develop and deliver site budget and escalation training internally and to outsourcing partners.
• Function as subject matter expert for Global site budget guidance.
• Identify, draft and deliver new processes and policies related to subject matter expertise as needed
• Assist as needed in preparation, review and negotiation of in-house model site agreements and related budgets with investigative sites.
• Serve as the liaison between Development Operations, sites and outsourcing partners to develop strong relationships and meet business objectives.
• Maintains consistent communications with internal and external clients, including in-person discussion, telephone calls, and e-mail.
To be successful in this role, you must have the following:
• Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, science or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of five years negotiating Site contracts and budgets.
• Minimum of five years of relevant experience in the biopharmaceutical/CRO industry.
• Ability to negotiate complex contract and payment terms.
• Flexibility to assume a workload
• Goal oriented, self-starter with proven ability to work independently.
• Able to proactively identify issues and provide potential solutions for resolution.
• Works well in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deliverables in accordance with stated timelines.
• Proficiency with Grant Plan and all applications of Microsoft Office.
• Good interpersonal skills. Comfort with ambiguity; ability to act without having the total picture
