We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the refurbishment of an existing industrial unit located southeast of Northampton. This 20-week project, starting in March 2025, requires a highly organised and proactive professional to manage site operations, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.

• Manage all on-site activities, ensuring smooth and efficient project progress.
• Supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
• Ensure strict compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures.
• Monitor and maintain project timelines, budgets, and material deliveries.
• Conduct regular site inspections and address any arising issues.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in industrial/commercial refurbishment projects.
• Strong knowledge of industrial unit renovation, including M&E and structural upgrades.
• Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications.
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple subcontractors and suppliers.
