Site Manager - Large-Scale New Build Housing Project (West London)
Location: West London
Contract: 3 months (potential for extension)

We are working with a leading contractor who is looking for an experienced No.1 Site Manager to oversee a large-scale new build housing project in West London. This is a 3-month contract with a strong potential for extension.
The Role:- Overseeing subcontractors and site teams to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Ensuring full compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies.
- Liaising with project managers, architects, and stakeholders to maintain progress.
- Handling site logistics, budgets, and schedules to meet key deadlines.
- Troubleshooting and implementing solutions to any on-site challenges.
- Must have experience in new build housing as a No.1 Site Manager.
