Job Description

Are you a site manager with a track record of delivering multi-million pound residential projects?

Are you looking for a role which will involve massive projects in the centre of Leeds?

We are proudly working with a highly successful construction and development company who have some really exciting ongoing and upcoming projects in Leeds.

Due to the increased workload of these projects, they are looking for a highly driven site manager to oversee a multi-million pound build to rent project, taking it from the start through to completion.

As site manager, you will:
  • Manage contract works on site and monitor the construction process throughout.
  • Attend progress meetings with key stakeholders.
  • Review and prepare construction programmes to support delivery and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Ensure the highest level of health and safety is maintained on site.
  • Supervise and develop site staff and maintain strong relationships with the site team, as well as clients and third parties.
As site manager, it is required that you:
  • Have a degree in construction management or equivalent.
  • Have experience with build to rent projects.
  • Have previously worked on multi-million pound projects.
As site manager, you will receive:
  • £55,000-£65,000 starting salary based on experience.
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, with additional leave with service.
