Job Description

As a Change and Risk Manager, you will join a highly experienced, diverse, and enthusiastic team dedicated to fostering a collaborative and empowering environment. Role Responsibilities:

  • Work on-site in Charleroi, Belgium, delivering approximately 30% Risk Management and 70% Change Management services.
  • Oversee the complete management and tracking of Early Warning Notifications (EWNs), Risk Management, and Change Management processes.
  • Organize and facilitate regular EWN, Risk, and Change Management meetings with key project stakeholders and subject matter experts.
  • Identify and escalate issues surpassing defined escalation thresholds.
  • Coordinate change management communications, ensuring timely and clear dissemination of change orders to relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate client databases, ensuring clarity and completeness of information.
  • Facilitate collaboration with risk owners and subject matter experts to produce accurate and realistic risk assessments, including thorough cost and schedule analysis.
  • Design and implement stress test scenarios to evaluate the impact of high-risk events, presenting expert analysis clearly to project teams.
  • Generate comprehensive monthly reports detailing the status of change and risk management activities.
  • Ensure timely preparation and completeness of documentation required for the approval and execution of changes.
  • Monitor and report on contingency budgets, maintaining an accurate log of change orders and contingency expenditure.


What you bring:

  • Degree-qualified or equivalent professional experience with demonstrated leadership in Risk & Change Management.
  • Proven track record managing large-scale, complex construction projects.
  • Proficiency in risk management software tools such as Safran Risk, Primavera Risk ARM, Xactium, or RiskPredict!.
  • Solid understanding of international standards and principles (ISO 31000, COSO, AACE, PMI).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to balance detailed analysis and broader business perspectives.
  • Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Thrives in dynamic environments, effectively managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
