Job Description

Job Description:

Social Media Analyst

Four is the leading international integrated media, creative and communications agency, with offices in the UK and the Middle East. We are dedicated to delivering actionable insights that help our team and clients push the boundaries of creativity and innovation and create campaigns that make a difference. We are passionate about delivering exceptional results for our clients and we are looking for an equally passionate insights manager to join us.

We are seeking an experienced and open-minded insights manager who is enthusiastic about evolving tech and AI, who is focused on uncovering insights rather than relying on specific tools or platforms. We currently use a range of tools including Brandwatch, Meltwater, YouGov, Audiense, Waldo, and Springboards, and we are looking for someone skilled across a wide range of tools and platforms.

Core Responsibilities:

  1. Leading on paid client projects
  2. Helping teams deliver insights for new business
  3. Training colleagues on insights tools and techniques

To be our ideal candidate, you will have worked on social listening, campaign performance, and channel analysis within an agency. You'll probably have more than three years' experience, but we're more interested in finding the right candidate than specifying minimum years. As insights tools and methods are changing at a rapid pace, you'll help us define our approach and offer.

If you are passionate about making a difference to campaigns through actionable insights, apply now.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conducting in-depth analysis and providing actionable insights for paid client work - using third-party and proprietary tools
  2. Setting up new business queries and reporting findings directly in order to shape strategies, or to enable colleagues to process
  3. Delivering accurate findings in written qualitative and quantitative insights reports
  4. Bringing the team up to speed with a variety of evolving tools and technologies
  5. Training colleagues in the use of these tools and ensuring they are equipped to leverage them effectively

What We Offer You:

  1. A supportive, sociable and inclusive work environment which supports creativity, individuality, and excellence
  2. Exposure to key clients across our core sectors: government, health, future industries, lifescapes
  3. A defined career path with opportunities for growth across our business
  4. The opportunity to learn new skills and specialise
  5. A central east-London location with hybrid-working policy (minimum three days a week in the office)

Equality and Diversity Statement:

We are proud of our diverse community at Four and are committed to reflecting the diversity of the world in which we live. We strive to improve our diversity and welcome applicants from all backgrounds, especially those from minority and under-represented groups.
