The GelBottle Inc. is growing fast, and we're looking for a Social Media Manager to take our brand to the next level. As part of our dynamic, founder-led company, you'll own the strategy and execution of social content across all TGB platforms-driving brand awareness, engagement, and innovation.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute high-impact social media strategies that align with our marketing goals.
- Create and oversee compelling content while managing community engagement.
- Lead influencer collaborations and content partnerships.
- Optimise organic and paid social campaigns in partnership with marketing & eCommerce teams.
- Track performance, analyse insights, and refine strategy for maximum impact.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to keep TGB at the forefront of beauty & social innovation.
- Support key launches and events with strategic social activations.
This is a hybrid role (3 days a week in our Brighton HQ)-a chance to shape the social presence of a fast-growing beauty brand. If you're passionate about storytelling, engagement, and content that makes an impact, we'd love to hear from you!
About You:
- Experience & Strategy: Demonstrated social media management experience within a B2B company (ideally in beauty, lifestyle, or hospitality).
- Leadership: Proven experience managing and developing teams.
- Technical Skills: Strong expertise in paid social strategy and content creation.
- Analytical: Data-driven mindset to measure and optimise social performance.
- Creative: A visionary approach to content & copy with an eye for what's next.
- Communication: Exceptional writing and verbal skills, ensuring brand consistency.
