Principal Consultant - BD. Marketing & Communications - Professional Services (non-legal) 
A leading accountancy firm is looking for a Social Media Manager to join them on a 6-month fixed-term contract.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to support the firm's go-to-market strategy by driving its social media presence and playing a pivotal role in achieving ambitious firmwide growth goals. The Social Media Manager will use creativity to produce social strategies that bolster the firm's outputs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute creative social media strategies for various sectors, markets, and service lines, as well as firmwide initiatives.
- Content & Community: Create engaging social media content aligned with the brand tone and collaborate with internal teams to promote life at the firm with the objective of attracting diverse talent.
- Performance & Reporting: Track campaign performance using analytics tools, provide insights and recommendations for future campaigns, and ensure comprehensive reporting across platforms.
- Training: Share best practices with partners and staff to optimise profiles and effectively use LinkedIn. Develop and deliver a training plan to marketing colleagues, ensuring optimal results from social media activity.
The Candidate:
Skills and experience we're looking for:
- Experience managing paid social campaigns across multiple platforms, delivering sales and engagement objectives.
- Proven ability to optimise and manage paid social activity, working with agencies and creative teams to implement best practices.
- Experience leveraging first-party data, audience segmentation, and creative testing to drive performance.
- Strong ability to analyse performance insights and translate them into actionable recommendations.
- Solid knowledge of social media management with a portfolio to back up.
- Strong content creation skills, including copywriting and visual storytelling.
- Good analytical skills with the ability to break down campaign data to prepare reports.
- Good knowledge of scheduling and reporting software (e.g., Hootsuite).
- Previous experience of upskilling team members and colleagues.
Important Note:
Due to the nature of the role, you will need to be able to start within the next four weeks and commit to the 6-month contract.
