We are seeking a highly motivated, strategic, and creative Social Media Manager to own and execute our social media strategy across core platforms - Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and beyond. You will play a crucial role in shaping the online presence of Menopause Care and our founder, Dr. Naomi Potter, as we work towards ambitious 2025 growth goals.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing innovative social strategies that enhance brand awareness, foster engagement, and build a strong online community. You'll also work closely with internal teams to align content with broader business objectives and ensure that our messaging resonates with our audience.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Social Media Strategy and Execution
- Own and develop a compelling organic social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and additional channels.
- Lead the execution of content creation, scheduling, and publishing, ensuring brand consistency and optimal engagement.
- Develop and maintain a social media content calendar to strategically plan and distribute content.
- Stay ahead of social trends, platform updates, and best practices to drive innovation and engagement.
- Work closely with Dr. Naomi Potter and menopause care experts to create and amplify impactful content.
- Identify opportunities for expanding into new social platforms and building brand presence.
Community Engagement
- Actively engage with our community across all social platforms, fostering a supportive, inclusive, and informed space for conversation.
- Monitor comments, messages, and discussions, responding in a warm, empathetic, and brand-aligned manner.
- Track audience sentiment and insights to inform content strategy and community initiatives.
Content Creation & Collaboration
- Lead the ideation and execution of engaging social-first content, collaborating with designers, video editors, and copywriters.
- Ensure content is visually compelling, platform-native, and optimised for reach and engagement.
- Develop influencer and partnership strategies to expand our audience and credibility.
- Align social content with wider marketing, product, and growth strategies.
Performance, Analysis and Reporting
- Track, measure, and report on key social media metrics, providing actionable insights for improvement.
- Use data to test and refine content strategies, optimising for growth and engagement.
- Present social media performance updates to key stakeholders, making data-driven recommendations.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- At least 4 years of experience in social media management or digital content roles.
- Deep platform expertise across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging social channels.
- Creative and strategic mindset with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
- Strong community management skills, with an empathetic and warm communication style.
- Data-driven approach, confident in analysing performance metrics and optimising for success.
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Bonus: Experience in video editing and content creation for social media.
- Preferable: Experience marketing to audiences over 40, within women's health, or with menopause-related content.
