Ready to take your social media skills to a new level? Join our growing social media team and help shape our EMEA social media presence. Be the voice of one of the largest financial services companies in the world, managing content that will be seen by millions of global followers. Your efforts will directly support the region's overall communications strategy through both organic and paid social media, while also supporting U.S.-based colleagues working on exciting product launches and global initiatives.

As a Social Media Specialist, EMEA, you'll be in the driver's seat for day-to-day messaging across CME Group owned social media channels. Unlike organizations that manage external agencies, you will be responsible for leading EMEA social efforts, including production of high-quality content and implementation of strategy, campaigns and social monitoring.

What you'll offer:

1. Support to corporate social, digital and marketing teams.
2. Good written/communication skills.
3. Strong collaborative skills working with people from different backgrounds and cultures, internally and externally, with the ability to influence and resolve differences and issues.
4. Basic project management/organization.
5. Familiarity with social media channels, including Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and Reddit.
6. Experience with both organic and paid social media, current digital capabilities and basic understanding of integration points.
7. Knowledge of social media management tools like Sprinklr and BrandWatch (this is a plus!).
8. Experience working in financial services or another regulated industry (another bonus).
