Volunteering Location: Remote with some potential to travel to Earlsfield.

Volunteering Length: Ongoing.

Supervisor Job Title: Volunteer Coordinator.

A fun and exciting opportunity for volunteers with a passion for media and marketing. We are looking for individuals to help run our social media pages, including Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.

This will be a remote opportunity with the potential to travel to our Earlsfield office or local loan sites to capture content if necessary (travel expenses are reimbursed up to £8 per day). We are looking for individuals who can volunteer approximately 3-4 hours per week. The ideal candidates will be located in the London region.

Main Duties

Key tasks:

  1. Develop and draft engaging posts appropriate for each respective media platform.
  2. Collaborate with team members and partners to encapsulate and showcase the work of Paintings in Hospitals.
  3. Engage with and grow our following community, and help build stronger networks.
  4. Share appropriate and insightful posts, such as patient testimonials and the behind-the-scenes of artwork loans.
  5. Consistently promote our events, campaigns, and opportunities.
  6. Highlight the impact that Paintings in Hospitals has on individuals at our partner sites.
  7. Schedule and manage content to an appropriate time frame, tracking post performance.
  8. Follow brand guidelines to ensure coherent messaging and clarity.
  9. Share appropriate articles and posts that complement arts in health work.
