As a Junior Solutions Consultant (Apprentice) at Toca, you'll work closely with and support experienced Solutions Consultants on the delivery of innovative customer projects. You'll have the chance to learn on the job while receiving hands-on training in C#.NET, Java, Python, and modern low-code platforms. This apprenticeship is ideal for someone eager to kick-start a career in tech, passionate about solving business problems with technology, and ready to grow in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
In this role, you'll work towards your Level 4 Software Developer qualification delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.
A Typical Day in the Job:
- Support Solutions Consultants on customer projects, both pre-sales and post-sales phases.
- Assist with analysing, designing, and documenting customer requirements.
- Learn to build and maintain automation and integration solutions using the Toca platform.
- Participate in end-user training sessions and internal knowledge sharing.
- Shadow senior consultants on customer site visits and remote calls.
- Learn to extend platform capabilities using C#, Python, Java, and other relevant technologies.
- Collaborate with the team to gather and prioritise customer feedback.
Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.
Salary, Hours & Benefits:
- Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm.
- 20 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays.

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:
- Enthusiasm for technology and a willingness to learn.
- Hobbyist coding experience is required, but any knowledge of software development is a bonus.
- Strong organisational skills.
- A great communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
- Positive, proactive, and a great team player.
- Enthusiastic about solving problems and helping people.
- Grade 6 in GCSE Maths and Grade 4 in GCSE English.
- A-Levels or Equivalent would be preferred.
