Spacelift is an infrastructure orchestrator and collaborative management platform for Infrastructure-as-Code - from OpenTofu, Terraform, Terragrunt, CloudFormation, Pulumi, Kubernetes, to Ansible. It is the quickest way to implement GitOps best practices for your cloud resources. You can also use Spacelift as an API-driven orchestrator to power your internal developer and self-service platforms.
In the last 5 years, Spacelift is defining what means to work with Infrastructure-as-Code at scale and popularized many best practices, such as Policy-as-Code for infrastructure, stack dependencies, and drift detection. From startups to large enterprises, we help teams around the world move faster with confidence. We have more to come in 2025, more areas to disrupt, and we need your help.
We are looking for software engineers who are passionate about building tools. We work in product teams (8) - a team lead, backend and frontend engineers, a UX/UI designer, and a product manager. To move fast and make better decisions, we work closely and pair on problems and issues. We care about each other. We believe that having Engineers leading the projects and initiatives is the best solution as our platform is very technical.
The role

3+ years of hands-on experience with programming - more than 1 year with Golang is a plus;
4+ years of experience in the tech industry (software engineering, platform, or/and DevOps);
You worked previously in startups (early stage) or cofounded one is a plus;
Have experience or interest in working on developer tooling;
Ideally, you have worked with an IaC tool - OpenTofu/Terraform, Ansible, AWS CloudFormation - or have experience with Kubernetes and CloudNative ecosystem.
Excellent communication skills.
