Embedded C Software Engineer - Leuven, Belgium

Your Role

Design and implement low-level software, drivers, and firmware for embedded systems.

Work with microcontrollers, real-time operating systems (RTOS), and bare-metal environments.

Optimize software for performance, power efficiency, and reliability.

Collaborate on hardware-software integration and system debugging.

Contribute to Agile, Scrum, and V-Model development processes.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or similar (Master's is a plus!).

Strong experience in Embedded C development (C++ knowledge is a bonus!).

Understanding of RTOS, device drivers, and embedded software architectures.

Familiarity with unit testing, version control (Git), and debugging tools.

Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus!).

Bonus Skills

Experience with Real-Time & Multi-Threaded Systems.

Knowledge of BSPs, communication protocols (SPI, I2C, UART, CAN).

Passion for hardware, IoT, and embedded innovation.
