Software Engineer - JavaScript, Rust, Cyber Security Data, Large-Scale Systems, Web-Based, REST APIs, Regulatory - paying up to £730pd Inside IR35

A Senior Software Engineer is sought after by a leading financial service institute, to help manage cyber security data across a large-scale system. You would be required to assist building command line tools, manage large quantities of data within a highly regulated part of the business, whilst working closely with other engineers - providing feedback to other teams via code review.

To be successful in this role you would need the following:
- Strong hands-on experience utilising JavaScript, Go, Typescript, OR Rust.
- Working with Cyber-Security data, within highly regulated areas is essential
- Prior experience building data-intensive systems, with exposure to common algorithms and data structures, is highly beneficial
- Knowledge and exposure to web-based Systems and REST APIs is preferred.
- Experience with policy documentation or policy as code is beneficial

This is an exciting opportunity for a Software Engineer with a keen interest in Cyber Security to join a leading financial institution.

This contract would be 9 months, with a potential to extend. 3 days in the office, which are located in Canary Wharf.
