Duration: 12 Months

A world class technology company are seeking a Software Test Engineer to join a specialist team, developing a cutting-edge satellite communications Software Defined Radio (SDR) modem.

You'll be integral to testing the software aspects of this complex system, designing, implementing, and automating integration tests within a multi-disciplinary environment (Software, Firmware, Systems).

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Architect, document, and implement integration tests for SDR modem software.
  2. Define and execute verification & validation activities.
  3. Automate testing using Linux tools and device interfaces (SNMP, HTTP).
  4. Diagnose software issues in a lab environment.
Minimum Requirements:
  1. Proven integration testing experience (architecting & implementing).
  2. Experience with test frameworks (e.g., Robot Framework, GoogleTest, Catch2).
  3. Strong Linux command-line & scripting skills for test automation.
  4. Device automation via management interfaces (SNMP, HTTP).
  5. Proficiency with Git.
