Software/Application Architect

Role: Software Architect

Location: Brussels

An international company based in the Brussels region are on the lookout for an experienced Architect to also coach/lead them the development team. This company is specialized in the sector of identity solutions and will be expanding rapidly next year.

Responsibilities will range between managing/overseeing the existing development team, as well as identifying technologies to help add value and optimize their existing identification platform to drive their roadmap.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Software Architect
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Great background with Java/JVM technologies
• Proof of concept experience.
• Experience with Apache Kafka is a bonus
• Interest in leadership/coaching
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
