Travel Requirement: This role will include extensive travel to projects across France and Europe as needed.

About the Role
A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Solar PV Construction Manager to join a dynamic and forward-thinking renewable energy company. This role will initially focus on delivering large-scale solar PV projects in France, with the opportunity to manage additional projects across Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of onsite construction activities for utility-scale Solar PV projects, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Manage and coordinate sub-EPC contractors and subcontractors
- Conduct quality checks and liaise with the engineering, technical project, and contract teams.
- Oversee the allocation of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to maximise efficiency and minimise delays.
- Be flexible and ready to travel across multiple European locations
Requirements
- Full driving licence
- Proven experience in construction management for renewable energy projects, including Solar PV, BESS, or wind.
- Strong ability to manage international construction sites and travel extensively across Europe.
- Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus.
