Due to increased demand, the firm is expanding and seeking a talented Solicitor with experience in litigation to join their dynamic team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with a passion for litigation and a desire to advance within a supportive and dynamic team. The role is available on a full-time, part-time, or hybrid basis, offering flexibility to suit your work-life balance.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee a broad range of litigation cases, including Personal Injury, Road Traffic Accidents, and Medical Negligence, from the initial stages through to resolution.
2. Undertake in-depth legal research, draft precise pleadings, and prepare detailed court documents.
3. Advocate for clients by attending court hearings, proceedings, and representing them during settlement negotiations.
4. Offer insightful legal advice and strategic direction to clients on complex litigation matters.
5. Continuously monitor and adapt to changes in laws, regulations, and industry trends to provide informed, up-to-date counsel.

Requirements:

1. Qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland
2. Demonstrated experience in handling defence litigation cases independently, with a proven track record in litigation and effective case management.
3. Strong research, analytical, drafting, communication, and negotiation skills.
4. The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
5. A commitment to providing high-quality legal services and client satisfaction.
6. Knowledge of relevant defence litigation laws, regulations, and procedures.
