About the role
We are looking for a motivated Solicitor to join our dynamic Private Client team in Cambridge. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to take the next step in their career, working on a portfolio of clients with specific needs in Wills, Trusts, Tax, and Probate.
What this role would include
- Drafting wills.
- Preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney and advising generally on client issues including Deputyships and other Court of Protection applications, being sympathetic to the particular needs of elderly clients.
- Advising clients on basic Inheritance Tax Planning, including Inheritance Tax exemptions and reliefs.
What we are looking for
While the following skills and qualifications are beneficial, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet every requirement:
- A qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with 1 year + PQE in Private Client law.
- Can demonstrate passion for and delivering a high level of client service including responsiveness and accessibility; innovative, positive, and client-focused attitude.
- Can demonstrate strong commercial awareness and acumen.
