The Sales Specialist will play a key role in expanding the company's client base by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities. This role requires a consultative approach to sales, with a strong emphasis on relationship-building, lead generation, and strategic selling. The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator, an adept negotiator, and someone who can present complex solutions in a clear and compelling way.
- Represent the company with a deep understanding of its solutions and services.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business needs.
- Conduct a consultative sales process, managing longer pre-sales cycles where necessary.
- Identify and develop short, medium, and long-term business opportunities.
- Generate leads through networking, outreach, and client engagement.
- Adapt sales techniques to suit different client profiles and business challenges.
- Conduct insightful market and competitive research to refine sales strategies.
- Deliver compelling presentations, attend industry events, and participate in technology demonstrations.
- Collaborate with the Account Executive team to tailor sales efforts for specific industries.
- Use CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) to manage and track sales activities.
- Lead month-end and year-end close processes to meet sales targets.

Remuneration:
- Basic up to £60k basic
- Realistic 70-80k OTE (uncapped commission)
- 25 days holiday + birthday + bank holidays
