Solutions Architect (MS Dynamics/Dynamics365)- Permanent/Hybrid Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect with a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics to analyse existing systems, design technical solutions, and collaborate with internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have expertise in API integration, system security, and environment management, as well as experience designing scalable, secure, cloud-ready solutions.

Our client is an exciting non profit organisation that designs and manufactures devices to extend smart meter network ranges. which allows more households, including those in apartments or with meters in outbuildings, to benefit from smart metering. The initiative is a collaborative effort among energy suppliers to provide a common solution for all.

Responsibilities

• Analyse existing MS Dynamics systems, understanding architecture, workflows, and integration points.
• Work with internal stakeholders and the Product Owner to gather, document, and validate detailed requirements for system changes.
• Design technical solutions that incorporate API integrations, environment management practices, and robust security frameworks.
• Support the development of a high-level architecture and design strategy, incorporating scalable, secure, cloud-ready solutions that align with best practices.
• Collaborate with developers and other IT teams to implement approved changes, providing guidance and oversight during the development phase.
• Deliver solutions in collaboration with stakeholders.

Essential Skills

• Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics, including Dynamics CRM and Dynamics ERP modules.
• Knowledge of API development, integration, and management within MS Dynamics.
• Strong understanding of system security and environment management.
• Ability to design scalable, secure, and efficient solutions within MS Dynamics.
• Experience with high-level architecture and design.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with cloud-developed systems.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
