Solutions Engineer (UK/FR)

Job Description:

1. Responsible for technical communications, pre-sales support, consulting for customers and suppliers;
2. Design and present solutions based on specific customer requirements;
3. Coordinate with product team and R&D team to ensure the implementation of customer projects;
4. Enhance relationships with customers and service partners;
5. Lead solution projects and internal projects (certifications, workshops);
6. Assist with technical improvements of the products;
7. Assess risks and adjust mitigation actions, contribute to the optimization of working processes within the team.

What You'll Need:

1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering Automation, Mechatronics, Electronics or equivalent;
2. Pre-sales or solution experience ideally in EV, Automotive or Energy sector;
3. Knowledge of electrical vehicles or the charging pile industry, familiar with different charging scenarios and OCPP protocol;
4. Confident and competent behavior in dealing with people of all hierarchical levels in an international environment;
5. Excellent ability of market development, project coordination and good customer service awareness; Strong responsibility, meticulous and rigorous;
6. Strong ability to work under pressure, strong communication skills, affinity and sense of responsibility;
7. Fluency in English is a must. Other European languages are a plus.
