Your Role:

As a Generative AI Specialist, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to design, develop, and deploy innovative AI solutions, with a particular focus on generative models and their applications.

What We're Looking For:

Required Skills and Qualifications (Mandatory)

• Educational Background: Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related fields.
• Seniority: 3-7 years of work experience including at least 2 in the aforementioned specialty
• Languages: Written & Spoken Fluency in English AND French or Dutch
• Technical Expertise: Proven experience with generative AI frameworks like OpenAI, LangChain, Hugging Face, or similar.
• Programming Proficiency: Advanced skills in Python and familiarity with AI libraries such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Cloud Platforms: Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for deploying AI models.
• Communication Skills: Strong ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in fine-tuning and customizing large language models (LLMs).
• Familiarity with agent-based systems for task automation.
• Knowledge of MLOps tools and best practices for AI model deployment and monitoring.
• Strong business acumen to align AI solutions with strategic goals.

• Client Collaboration: Engage with clients to identify business needs, explore AI opportunities, and deliver tailored solutions leveraging generative AI.
• Use Case Development: Analyze client challenges to propose and implement generative AI applications such as text generation, image synthesis, content creation, or workflow automation.

Technical Implementation

• Model Development: Design, build, and fine-tune generative AI models using frameworks like OpenAI, LangChain, and Hugging Face.
• Agent Design: Create agent-based architectures for real-time decision-making and task automation.
• Integration: Connect generative AI systems with external tools, APIs, and enterprise systems to optimize workflow and performance.

Research and Innovation

• Stay updated on the latest advancements in generative AI and contribute to internal R&D initiatives.
• Experiment with emerging models, techniques, and tools to ensure cutting-edge solutions for clients.

Project Management

• Plan, execute, and oversee the delivery of AI projects, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth project integration.

Training and Support

• Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients to empower their teams with generative AI capabilities.
• Provide ongoing support for deployed solutions to ensure scalability and optimization.
