Job Description

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies within the technology sector.
• Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand sourcing needs and requirements.
• Monitor supplier performance and implement improvement plans as needed.
• Conduct market analysis to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities.
• Drive cost reduction initiatives within the procurement process.
• Ensure compliance with procurement and supply chain regulations and standards.
• Lead negotiation processes with suppliers to secure favourable terms.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Sourcing Manager' should have:

• Experience within sourcing is a must and experience within technology would be beneficial
• Proven experience in sourcing and contract management
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage supplier relationships effectively.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to conduct market research and analysis.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and supply chain management.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
